Registration and Using Services

How long it will take to setup an account in Segra Send?

It will hardly take less than 10 minutes, and the entire process is automated, just fill out the registration form and you will get the details on your WhatsApp and email ID. You can start using it immediately.

Is there any prerequisites before I start using the services?

You should not connect a newly registered WhatsApp Number. If you have recently registered WhatsApp on a phone number then you should warm up the number by sending and receiving messages from phone WhatsApp and should connect only after 2-3 weeks.

Do you offer a free trial, for how long, and when and how do I need to make the payment?

We offer a 14-day free trial without linking your credit card, you will get a payment link after the trial period. You can start paying using that link, we collect payment through Stripe.

Can I get free trial for every new sub account?

Yes, you will get 14 days free trial for every new sub-account

How many sub-accounts I can add under trial?

At a time, you can avail of only 5 trials. If you want to add more, you need to make the payment for the sub-accounts that are under trial, or you need to wait until the trial expires for the sub-accounts.

If you want to make the payment, then you can do it from your admin panel.

Is there any restrictions in trial period?

No, there are no restrictions, you can use all the features even in the trial period.

Do we need WhatsApp Personal or Business WhatsApp to start using Segra Send services?

You can connect using any, either personal WhatsApp or Business, but WhatsApp Business is recommended.

Are there any restrictions on using the Segra Send WhatsApp services in any country?

No, there are no restrictions, you can use our services in any country

Can I connect the Virtual numbers or the Lead connector and Twilio numbers which I am already using in the GHL?

Yes, you can do that, you need to just install WhatsApp on that number and you can start using our services.

You can install WhatsApp on any of your phones and during registration when it asks for a phone number there you can give either one of these – Virtual number, Lead connector, or Twilio number. You can opt for OTP through SMS or Voice call. Just enter the OTP and start using the WhatsApp services.

Can I change my WhatsApp number anytime?

Yes, you can easily do that, you need to just disconnect the existing WhatsApp session and you can scan from the new number from which you would like to send the messages.

Can I use WhatsApp in Workflow Automation?

Yes, you can do that, after installing our app SMS= WhatsApp, you need not to change anything in the existing workflow, wherever you have set up SMS in the workflow the message will go on WhatsApp

Can I build an auto-reply chatbot system on WhatsApp using Segra Send?

Yes, you can make use of the GHL workflow Automation feature and you can set the reply of incoming messages in the workflow.

Do you get in touch or send any notifications to our Clients?

No, we never do that and we do understand how important the client is to you. Also, we never ask any of your client details. The only thing is that you should be careful while filling out the registration form, never give your client’s email and phone number in the registration form. We will send notifications only to the email ID and phone number that you have given at the time of registering our services. In case by mistake you have given your client email ID and phone number in the registration form then you can contact us and we will update the details immediately.

Payment and Subscriptions Management

When do I need to pay and how?

We offer a 14-day trial without a credit card. Before the expiry of the trial period, you will get a payment link, you can start your subscription using that link. We collect payment through Stripe.

How do I cancel, deactivate, stop, start, activate or resume my services and subscription?

How much do you charge for the service?

We charge $29 per month per GHL sub-account for unlimited WhatsApp messages and just $19 per month per GHL sub-account for unlimited WhatsApp messages if you subscribed for 10+ GHL sub-accounts

Do you have any yearly plans?

Yes, we offer yearly plans, in the yearly plan you need to pay only for 10 months instead of 12 months.

What happens if my payment failed?

For any reason, if your payment fails then we send the reminder message on WhatsApp as well as the email before deactivating the subscription

How will I manage all of my locations? Do you provide any admin panel to manage all the locations?

Yes, we will provide you with the Agency owner panel, using the panel you can add more locations and also you will be able to manage all the locations that you have subscribed to with us.

Is it a White Label app? Can I sell it at my price?

Yes, this is a completely White Labelled app, you can sell at your price. Your customers will not come to know that you are using Segra Send WhatsApp services.

Sending and receving WhatsApp Messages

Can I send bulk messages/How many WhatsApp messages can I send, is there any limit?

You can send unlimited WhatsApp messages. There is no limit from our side, but we advise you not to send too bulk messages as WhatsApp may block your number.

Is there any safe limit for sending the bulk messages to avoid getting banned?

No, as such there is no defined limit and you should not send bulk marketing messages to unknown contacts. You should try to use this service for sending transactional purpose messages to your customers or clients customers. If customers mark you spam then WhatsApp may block the number.

Can I send Webinar reminder messages?

Yes, you can do that for this you need to use the drip mode feature in GHL Workflow.

I am not getting incoming messages inside GHL

Sometimes this may happen due to the expiry of the token, you may be able to send the messages but may not be receiving the messages inside the GHL. To fix this issue you need to add that location again in our system, You can do that by using the Synch Location button in your admin panel or visiting our website and registering the same location again.

Can I stop incoming WhatsApp messages in GHL, and keep sending the outgoing messages?

Yes, you can do that easily, you can choose from the below options


1. Allow all Incoming Messages

2. Disable all incoming messages

3. Allow incoming messages only for the existing contacts in GHL.
