Requirements Before You Start
Before connecting SegraSend to your GoHighLevel (GHL) account, there are a few things you need to have in place to ensure a smooth setup and optimal performance.
π What Youβll Need
A WhatsApp Number
This can be a SIM-based, virtual, Twilio, or LC Phone number.
You must have WhatsApp already installed and verified on the number you plan to use.
2. Active GoHighLevel (GHL) Sub-Account
SegraSend integrates directly into your GHL workflows, conversations, and automations.
Make sure you have access to the sub-account you want to connect.
3. Warm-Up Period (Highly Recommended)
If the WhatsApp number is newly registered, donβt connect it immediately.
Warm it up first by sending manual messages to known contacts over a 2β3 week period.
Gradually increase activity to build trust and avoid blocks.

Use WhatsApp Business App (recommended for more reliability)
Clean Messaging History β Avoid linking numbers with spammy past activity
Strong Internet Connection during setup and scanning QR code
Web Browser on Desktop to access GHL + SegraSend dashboard
